Event Photography & Filming Consent Policy
1. Overview
By entering a Scottish Enduro Series race, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Photography and Filming Consent Policy. This policy governs the capturing and use of video, audio, and still photography at the event, including any recordings made before, during, or after the event within event locations.
2. Consent to Be Recorded
By entering the event premises, all attendees grant the Scottish Enduro Association, its authorised representatives and media partners the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and/or film their likeness and voice in any media format.
3. Use of Recorded Content
All photographs, video, and audio recordings may be used by the Scottish Enduro Association for purposes including but not limited to:
Promotional materials (print and digital)
Social media and websites
Press and media coverage
Educational and archival purposes
Commercial distribution
There will be no compensation for the use of such materials unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.
The Scottish Enduro Association may grant usage rights to recorded content to others, on a commercial or non-commercial basis at our discretion.
4. Third-Party Media
Media representatives, unaffiliated freelance commercial photographers and accredited press may be present. The Scottish Enduro Association is not responsible for how third-party media may use images or recordings captured at the event.
5. Minors
If individuals under the age of 18 will be attending, consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or restrict media participation without proper consent.

6. Data Protection
All media and related personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Scottish Enduro Association’s Privacy Policy.
